Carol and Vern are 2 very dedicated customer service representives that are eager to help you with any of your home repair needs.  Both of them will ask you questions about the work you need so they can fully understand the nature of the work and assign the best craftsman to your job.  Vern is also an experienced handyman himself and worked in the field before assuming his current position.

Ted Ward
Carpenter

Ted has worked for Handyman Connection since 1998 and has been a carpenter for over 25 years.  Ted's specialty is trim carpentry, but he can do almost any type of carpentry including, doors, windows, rotted wood, and crown molding.  He has also built a number of custom homes.  Ted has 5 children and has been married for 21 years.

Hans started working for Handyman Connection in April 2005, after working as a Communications Technician for AT&T for 29 years.  Hans is a well-round handyman and can perform almost any type of home repair.  In his spare time, Hans restores classic cars.  He is married and has 5 children.

Electrician

Tom is a licensed electrician and has worked for Handyman Connection for several years.  Originally from Atlanta, GA, Tom served in the military and apprenticed as an electrician after his discharge.  Tom has 3 children and lives in Aurora.
